Today at Brands Hatch, Oli Bayliss and the Macadam Triumph Factory Racing team secured third place in the 2026 Quattro Group British Supersport Championship after a whirlwind season aboard the class-leading Street Triple, the Triumph Street Triple 765 RS.

Bayliss joined the Macadam team at the third round of the season at Knockhill standing in for injured Bradley Perie and split his time between the British and World Supersport Championship with the PTR Triumph Factory Racing team.

The Australian wasted no time immediately turning heads with a spectacular second place, followed by his debut victory in the British series at the Scottish circuit, a track he’d never raced at before. Heading to the next round at Snetterton, where Bayliss had enjoyed a previous podium with the Macadam squad as a wildcard in 2025, he secured third and another win.

From there the wins kept coming with four on the trot where the 23-year-old secured double wins at both Brands Hatch and Oulton Park. The fast and furious Thruxton circuit saw further podiums with a third and second place, but sadly at Cadwell Park a crash in qualifying, while running third, sidelined him for the weekend.

Bouncing back at Assen just a few weeks after the incident at Cadwell, Bayliss once again secured a double win, something he then repeated at the penultimate round at Donington Park.

The final round of the series at Brands Hatch saw Bayliss storm to victory in the Sprint Race to take his 11th win of the year, where he has secured 11 wins from 16 race starts.

Across the 2026 season Bayliss and the Triumph Street Triple 765 RS secured 11 race wins, four podium finishes, as well as three pole positions to secure third place overall in the 2026 Quattro Group British Supersport Championship, further proving the Triumph Street Triple 765 RS’ performance as the most powerful Street Triple ever.

Shortly, a further press release will be published, including a full race report, rider and Macadam Triumph Racing team comments and photos from the final round of the Quattro Group British Supersport Championship.
